    The temple of Pujiu has gone through the vicissitudes of life since it was built in Sui Dynasty(581---618A.D).The state appropriated funds for overall restoring the temple of Pujiu .The renewal temple of Pujiu has grand scale and a unique style.The inside of temple has several main constructions which are the Gate to a Monastery, the Large Bell Tower, the Corridor of Tower Yard ,the Great Impregnable Palace,the King of Heaven Palace,the Bodhisattva Cave,the Amitabha Buddha Palace,the Arhats Hall,the Ten Kings Hall, the Tripitaca Pavilion, Bonze House, Deadwood Hall and Incense Product Hutch .And some constructions related to the story of "the Western Wing--room"£ºthe" Western Room "where the hero stayed over ,the "Pear ---flower Inner Yard "where the heroines lived and the "Study " .
    The temple of Pujiu was chosen as one of " the ten best tour landscapes in Shanxi Province"in 1995.The temple of Pujiu was awarded as the mother stock AAAA tour landscapes in 2002 by tHe National Tourism Administration of the People's Republic of China.
